emergency shelter

providing a safe haven

Thanks to the generosity of LaTroy and Anita Hawkins, Women Called Moses is able to provide emergency shelter to victims of Domestic Violence. This shelter will play a pivotal role in creating more space in Dallas County for survivors of Domestic Violence.

Our shelter relies on donations to help with the general costs with housing, e.g. utilities, groceries, clothing, feminine products and bedding items.

Like other shelters, we have a limitation on the amount of individuals we can occupy at one time, so through generous donations from the public, we are able to find emergency shelter in hotels throughout Dallas County.

If you would like to make a financial contribution toward our Emergency Shelter and/or toward overflow sheltering, please visit our by clicking the "DONATE NOW" button below. Thank you in advance for your donation.
